Construction Laborer
Scherzinger Drilling is a small merit shop construction company that has been in business for over 60 years. We strive to maintain a small company atmosphere that allows for better communication within all ranks of the company. This allows us to be a leading example in the industry. We are well known for our reputation and professional attitude on job sites.
Work Environment
- Start your day at our office in Miamitown, Ohio every day
- Average 40hrs a week plus overtime
- Work in and around heavy equipment which will expose you to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow), dirt and dust, noise, grease and oil
- Receive safety certifications for job related tasks

Construction Laborer Duties
- Job duties vary from job to job giving diversity to tasks
- Operate small equipment such as skid steers and forklifts with certified training provided
- Assist operators and foreman on site
- Load and unload materials
- Learn how to work smarter with proper tools
- Must be able to carry 50 lbs on jobsites
Basic Requirements
- Clean Driving record
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to random testing
- Be on time and have reliable transportation
- 18 years of age
- Class A CDL with air brake endorsement or the willingness to attend a formal truck driving school upon hire
- Willingness to work overtime and out of town (home on weekends)
- Pass an E-verify check (you must have a valid work visa or be a US citizen)
